The following terms are used with specific meanings throughout this terms and conditions document:

Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals may only be made through the same method used for the deposit. Identity verification may be required for withdrawals.

• Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.
• If any unusual activity is detected in deposits or withdrawals, 7i78 may suspend the transaction until an investigation is completed.

7i78 provides bonus offers to users from time to time. The terms applicable to the current welcome bonus are set out below:

• 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳20,000.
• Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500; or deposit ৳28,000 and receive the maximum ৳20,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳48,000.
• Wagering requirement: you must place bets equal to 10 times the bonus amount (not the deposit amount). Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 10 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.
• To withdraw winnings earned using bonus funds, the wagering requirement must be completed.
• If bonus abuse or fraud is suspected, 7i78 reserves the right to cancel the bonus.
• Each promotion may have its own specific terms, which will be communicated at the time the offer is announced.
